The perfect snack to throw in your workout/lunch bag.
2/3 cup Creamy All Natural Peanut Butter (or your nut preference)
1/2 cup Semi Sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips
1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Flax Seed or Coconut
2 tbsp Honey or Molasses
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes
Scoop mix and form a 1" ball
These protein balls can be stored in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container and will keep up to 1-week in the fridge, or 3-months in the freezer.
