In his role as Continuous Improvement Manager, Charles is responsible for driving operational excellence, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and implementing sustainable improvements to maximise efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction within the Wealth Management division. He has a degree in Finance and Investment Management and a CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Due to his passion for food, he previously worked as an assistant chef between the ages of 13-18. Charles is also a real people person who loves scaling businesses.

Diagnostic Radiology in Newcastle Hospitals NHS Trust plays a crucial role in patient diagnosis and management. Cutting-edge facilities in the Freeman Hospital and the Royal Victoria Infirmary offer a wide array of imaging services, including MRI, CT scans, x-ray and ultrasound. The radiology teams are composed of highly skilled radiologists, radiographers and support workers.
