The Civil Service helps the government of the day to develop and implement its policies as effectively as possible. The Civil Service provides services directly to people all over the country, including: paying benefits and pensions, running employment services, running prisons, issuing driving licences. We also have staff working on policy development and implementation, including analysts, project managers, lawyers and economists.

We are a training provider who offers all qualifications within the hair and beauty sector, including apprenticeships and study programmes for school leavers. 

We are a training provider on behalf of Northumberland County Council delivering apprenticeships, 16-18 year old study programmes and Adult Education.

Joanne is a Sales and Recruitment Adviser for Northumberland Skills; recruiting Teaching Assistants, Early Years Practitioners, Business Administrators and Team Leaders.  She works with NCC schools and Academies, as well as Private Day Nurseries. Joanne supports applicants in searching for an apprenticeship in their chosen area.  

Lesley Gordon is Talentheads Head of Partnerships and Operations, taking the lead on developing new client relationships and ensuring that our business is structured efficiently. Talentheads are the internal recruitment team for growing businesses and we partner with companies across the North East, UK and internationally. Lesley loves to talk to people at the very beginning of their career journey.
