An Introduction  to Apprenticeships
The Apprenticeship Knowledge and Advice Service will deliver an informative talk on what to expect from an apprenticeship and address some misconceptions. 

This is a great talk for Year 11 families or people who have no prior experience of the apprenticeship route. 

Careers in Environmental Science
Dr Andrew Black, a hydrologist at the University of Dundee, will guide you through careers in the environmental sciences and the importance of generic and transferable skills. He will introduce a simple online game, to illustrate the importance of understanding and communicating uncertainty using the context of flood forecasting as an example.
