If you were initiated previously, here at Kent or at another institution, there is no need to complete the steps below. Membership in Phi Sigma Iota is lifelong. 

If you would like to participate in the chapter activities, simply indicate your level of interest by completing this form! 

If you are not yet a member, complete these two steps:

1. Register

Register through the Cashnet StoreFront. (You received the link with the invitation email). 

2. RSVP

Indicate whether or not you will attend the initiation ceremony by completing the RSVP form.
