In today’s world, technology is almost in every part of life from work and education to social interactions and entertainment. Although these have multiple benefits, too much screen time has been reported to have a lot of effects on physical and mental health and relationships. In her article, Keep Them Offline, Christine Rosen argues that limiting screen exposure is very important especially for children, to try to take care of their development and better real-world connections.

A break from social media feeds can improve self-esteem and reduce feelings of not being enough.
