The Music Boosters meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 7pm. Due to recent school facility changes, our meetings will be held in the band room of the current HS (future CIS) until the completion of the new building. All parents of performing arts students (choir, band, musicals, drama) in grades 5-12 are considered to be a part of the booster organization and are invited to attend all meetings. The more volunteer participation we can have, the more it will benefit our students.
We are looking for student and adult volunteers to help work at the Rogue's Hollow Festival. We need people to setup, work the booth, and tear down. If any of these positions interest you, please contact any member of the boosters or contact us through either of the Remind contacts.
We have recently been given a wonderful opportunity to raise some money on a regular basis. We will need a rotation of volunteers to on a regular basis to help at the recycling center to unload from vehicles into the dumpster bins. This is on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month, from 9am-noon. We will only need 2-3 students and a chaperone on these days. The address is 14065 Galehouse Rd. This will be a nice form of steady income for the music boosters. We will have assigned days so that everybody will have a turn. If you are unable to make your day, please find somebody to trade with. These assignments will be posted here as soon as possible.
