Hi Everyone!

Can you believe that MAY starts on Friday!!! Well, This was the STRANGEST April EVER! I hope that by the end of May things get back to a little bit of "normal"...just in time for summer...Crazy, right!?!?

Well, I was SO impressed with how well you guys did on the "Nutritional Pop Quiz" I gave you during our Zoom time this week! You know, every time we make a decision about what we are going to eat or drink, it's kinda like answering a question on a nutritional quiz...and the more good choices you make, they higher your health grade will be in life!

This week's activities are broken down into 5 days. It looks the same as last week BUT has new activities. A weekly goal for PE would be any 2 days (You don't have to do all 5 days). Your parents can help you decide. All you do is work your way DOWN the column for the day(s) you choose.

Important notes:

  • Once you click on your grade's link , you will find all activity pages & DEAM ( "Drop Everything And Move" ) calendar easily by scrolling down the page (They are BELOW the 5 days of lessons).

  • However, if you choose to click on the "DEAM Calendar" link, you will find it halfway down the LEFT side of the next page.

  • Ignore the row in the assignment that asks if you logged your activity time... That is not required.

  • If any activity choice involves going outside, be sure to practice proper social distancing.
