"Multidisciplinary Approach to
Living and Active Matter Systems"
10th - 11th November, 2025
@ Yagami campus, Keio University, Yokohama
16th Building-A 3F, Meeting Room (Large & Medium)
Recent advancements in technology and conceptual understanding have revealed an increasing number of animate characteristics within living systems. A multidisciplinary approach that bridges biology, physics, chemistry and materials science, while integrating various methodologies, is essential for comprehending these animate aspects of life. This joint workshop aims to bring together both senior and early-career researchers from the Tokyo and Taipei areas who are working on cutting-edge problems related to living and active matter systems, and to foster new approaches that deepen our understanding of these complex systems.
