KCubed reserves the right to refuse entry to our events.

Should you choose to be included in our mailing list, your details will be safely stored and not passed to third parties. We will email you from time to time with details of our events.

We reserve the right to use footage and images taken at our events.

Our events may be held at venues that serve alcohol; in which case an ID will be required to be admitted. In such cases where attendees under the age of 18 are allowed into a venue that serves alcohol, they will be given a token that will clearly identify them to the staff, and they will not be allowed to consume/buy alcohol. An attendee under the age of 18 found to be consuming alcohol will be escorted from the venue and will not be allowed entrance at future events.
