Competition Classes

There are 3 competition classes: Global Horse, Global Pony and Breeder's Cup.

Who can compete?

• Horses of any breed over 148 cm in height compete in Global Horse

• Any horse 148 cm or lower counts as a pony (regardless of breed) and competes instead in Global Pony

• The Breeder's Cup classes are reserved for purebreds. There's one Breeder's Cup class for each breed. All Welsh Cobs can compete in the Welsh Cob Breeder's Cup, regardless of their height, as long as they're registered purebreds

Each class has courses of every Tier - ranging from tier 5 (Maiden) to tier 1 (Grand Prix). A horse can compete both in Global Horse/Pony and in its corresponding Breeder's Cup class.
