Camp in which athletes put in work to become stronger and faster. 2 hour camp from 9-11AM for 7 weeks (Monday-Thursday) held at Mayde Creek High School. Cost is $125, payment plans are available. Athletes do not have to attend all weeks! Missing a week or two, or a day here and there due to previous commitments or vacation is fine.
