Q. Who can attend the KISD Color Guard camp?

A. This camp is open to all students entering grades 6, 7, or 8 for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Q. My student is entering into the 9th grade. Should they still attend a JH camp?

A. No, your student will participate with their high school color guard. This camp is for students who will be in Junior High during the 2025-2026 school year.

Q. What to expect at camp each day?

A. Camp runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30-11:30am.  Students can be dropped off at 8:00am for check in. They will spend the morning rotating between rehearsals, sectionals, and electives. 

Q. What's included with the registration fee?

A. The $100 camp fee includes:
