This book takes a very complex personality typing system called The Enneagram and does a terrific job of explaining the model and all of the 9 types. The Enneagram explains how humans are wired both positively and negatively and how each type has crafted a strategy to navigate life and the world around them. Its intention is to help people become their most authentic selves.

This is a terrific resource if you are in or are considering a career transition. It's so practical and wise!

This books gives a wealth of insight into the impact conversation has on our brains and demonstrates how we can intentionally build healthier and more productive relationships through the art of conversation. This is helpful for anyone who works with people. So, all of us then;-)

This books illustrates the wisdom of paying attention to your inner life and provides meaningful ideas for staying present to your own soul and Christ's leading so that feel fully alive and lead from a place of authenticity and integrity. Your soul matters just as much as those you lead.
