NEW: Text KCCWORK to 22999 for schedule, weather, and other updates throughout the season.
Availability calendars are built directly into the site. Simply fill out your name, email, position and click “Yes” or “No” on each of the dates for the month. This will populate a spreadsheet for Jen to compile schedules and availabilities quickly and easily.
Once you have submitted your availability for the month, you will NOT be able to update the form online. At that point, you will need to email Jen to make any changes.
At the bottom of the page you will see the current schedule. It will be updated in real time as Jen makes changes, so please make sure to check it regularly.
