Kamo High School is building a strong Kapa Haka group from Year 9 to Year 13 who proudly represent the school and our Māori community. Practises are held regularly with coaches who have represented this region and maintain a high standard of performance.

Tai Tokerau Festival

The Kapa Haka group performs at this friendly Northland wide High School Performing Arts Festival. A non-competitive event, it is an ideal environment for students wanting to try this form of performance art which is held during the first term of the school year.
