iReady General Information for Families

Online Attendance Policy (NEW)
Students will be instructed to complete a "Check-in" or "Do Now" Google Form at the start of each period. It is important that students complete this task in order to marked "present" for attendance purposes. Each teacher will post a link to the Google Form as part of their Google Classroom assignment. Students who complete the form after the period ends will be marked absent.

Still need a device for online distance learning? Please complete a laptop loan form and return it to the school.

Students who are planning to use their own device (laptop or tablet) are asked to bring it to the meeting for training purposes. Click here for details.

All students who will be issued a device and will access the DOE network and/or services must complete a Technology Responsible Use Form. All Kaimuki High School students are only required to submit this form once.

*Parents and students of the Entertainment Academy
Effective SY 2020-2021, he Entertainment Academy will no longer be an academy at Kaimuki High School. This was done to balance the number of students in our career academies. The 3 academy pathways have to moved to the following academies:

Digital Media - STEM-PAC Academy
Theater Craft - STEM-PAC Academy
Polynesian Music - Hospitality Academy

Keiki O Ka Aina (KOKA)
Keiki O Ka Aina (KOKA) is currently taking applications for our HELP Child Care Tuition Assistance Program. Please click here to view their flyer. We would like to share this information with as many Native Hawaiian/Native American/Alaska Native families as we can reach during this Covid19 pandemic. Parents working from home, essential workers, teachers, school staff, etc. now have the option of applying for tuition assistance to compensate extended family members and friends who are providing in-home childcare!! This offer is only for those on Oahu, Kauai, Ni’ihau and Hawaii Island.
