Hello everyone! This is my 3rd school year at Ivy Elementary and my 5th year as a school counselor. I grew up in Maryland and went to college at the University of Kentucky where I earned my bachelors in Psychology. I received my Masters degree in School Counseling at Campbellsville University and was a school counselor in Kentucky before I moved to Charlottesville 3 years ago with my dog, Lenny. Outside of work I love to paint, read, hike, paddleboard and try new restaurants. My favorite part of being a school counselor is the long lasting connections I make with students! Hi, I’m Ms. Kovach.
