Training helps ensure a successful testing experience for all students!
All staff administering ACCESS must:
Hold current, valid teaching certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education
Aspiring, Apprentice, and Adjunct teachers are NOT eligible to administer ACCESS
Complete training through the WIDA Secure Portal after September 1 of the current school year
Complete the ACCESS Security Training
Turn in their training certificate to the ACCESS Site Testing Coordinator before testing students
Certificates due to ACCESS Site Testing Coordinator by October 24, 2025
Post WIDA certificate outside classroom door during testing sessions
Maintain test security before, during, and after administering ACCESS
