Each year the Vermillion PTO has limited funds to award to programs that benefit the students of the Vermillion School District. A grant, if approved, must be completed and submitted for reimbursement by the end of the current school year.
The person requesting the funds must be a current member of the Vermillion PTO Chapter.
Preference is given to those grants that directly affect Vermillion School District students.
Grant limits (for each school year): $150 per classroom, $250 per grade level, and $500 per school building. These levels may be exceeded in certain instances, as decided by the PTO Board of Directors.
If a grant is approved, it is up to the applicant to purchase the item and submit a receipt for reimbursement unless an alternative arrangement has been discussed and agreed upon by the PTO Board of Directors.
