Student Drop off and Pick up
Drop off before school:
In the morning, before school, the bus will drop off students in the cafeteria parking lot. Parents may drop off students at the flag pole by the main office, or in the cafeteria parking lot by the playcourt.
Pick up after school:
After school, we have 2 bus pick-up areas:
Waikapu, Waikapu Gardens, Hale Makana, & Ka Hale I Ke Ola - Bus will pick up on the side of the playcourt.
Maalaea and Wailuku Heights - (M,T,Th,F - at 2:20, W - at 1:32)
Boys and Girls Club - Cafeteria parking lot. If you have questions about Boys and Girls Club pick-up, please call 242-4363.
Japanese School - Cafeteria parking lot (MEO Bus). For more information please call 244-0406.
After school, car pickup areas:
K-1 car pick up - is in the administration parking lot by the flagpole
2-5 car pick up - is in the cafeteria parking lot by the playcourt. Please pull all the way up to the playcourt.
School Bus Information/ Eligibility (HIDOE website)
All school bus applicants (both paid and free-status riders) must apply on a quarterly basis per the schedule provided below:
Quarter 1: July 113 to Aug. 7, 2026
Quarter 2: Sept. 14 to Oct. 12, 2026
Quarter 3: Dec. 7, 2025 to Jan. 8, 2027
Quarter 4: Feb. 22 to Mar. 22, 2027
Applications must be submitted on a QUARTERLY basis and will not be accepted outside of the indicated periods. Please plan accordingly.

School bus fees:
Quarterly Round Trip - $72 (new application, each quarter)
Quarterly One Way - $36 (new application, each quarter)
Replacement Card - $5

Please make a bus payment before school starts.
