Step 1: Obtain a Summer School Enrollment Packet
Available in Hard Copy Only from the PHIS Front Office or from any PHIS Counselor
Step 2: Submit the Enrollment Packet to the PHIS Front Office by 3:00 p.m. on May 23, 2025
You will receive an email by May 30 confirming enrollment in the Summer Program.
