Kealakehe Elementary School is excited to kick off One Book, One School—a special community event where our families, students, and teachers come together to share a love for reading. This year, we will all be enjoying The Wild Robot by Peter Brown.
We encourage families to read the book aloud with their student(s) at home. Reading aloud is a powerful way to help children become stronger readers, and it’s also a wonderful way to spend quality time together as a family.
You can also listen to the audiobook recorded by our very own Kealakehe Elementary teachers—in both English and Spanish! Visit the "Audio Recordings" tab on our website to find the links.
