TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

You are required to submit a signed consent form (with parent signature unless you are 18 years old) in order for a copy of your transcript, whether it be official or unofficial. Please contact your counselor for the consent form. 

Seniors, do not forget to request to send a final transcript after you graduate to the college you plan to attend.
