In an exciting inter-academy collaboration, the Academy of ENRB at James Campbell High School has joined forces with the STEAM Academy student interns in their construction program of study to renovate a new space for our Student Operated Credit Union. The construction interns have gained practical experience by planning and building out the physical space. Our goal is to invite other courses and possibly another academy to assist in putting the final touches on the credit union prior to our grand opening. The credit union, which will be partnered with and overseen by HawaiiUSA FCU, will provide students with valuable financial literacy skills in a real-world setting that will be open for the Ewa Beach community.
