Ms. Verdadero (Ver-duh-deh-roh)

Aloha families! I’m Ms. Verdadero and I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s journey through second grade. This will be my first year teaching full-time, however, I’ve worked in elementary schools for the past 5 years. I was briefly a paraprofessional tutor at Nu‘uanu Elementary School (grade K and 2) but I spent most of my time as a part-time teacher (grade K-5) at Ali‘iolani Elementary School. I primarily taught art but I also have experience in 1st grade (student teaching), 4th grade, and career and technical education. My passion for learning continues beyond the classroom and you can often find me trying different hobbies such as Minecraft, stand up paddling, and punch needling. I can’t wait to embark on this adventure together and create a memorable year!
