Ms. Verdadero (Ver-duh-deh-roh)

Aloha families! I’m Ms. Verdadero (Ver-duh-deh-roh) and I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s journey through second grade. This will be my second year teaching full-time but I also dedicated 5 years to part time teaching in elementary schools. I first started off as a paraprofessional tutor at Nu‘uanu Elementary School (grade K and 2), but most of my experience comes from my time as a part-time art teacher (grade K-5) at Ali‘iolani Elementary School. There, I was able to wear many hats and worked in 1st grade (student teaching), 4th grade (asynchronous learning), and career and technical education (grade K-5). Outside of work, I enjoy exploring different hobbies such as Minecraft, gymnastics, and Tahitian. I can’t wait to embark on this adventure together and create a memorable year!
