Asbestos Awareness Training Videos

Instructions:

1. View each of the three videos, below, in order. All three parts are required to complete training.

2. After viewing the videos, please click or tap on the "Completion Form" button. Fill in the requested information on the form and complete the quiz, then click on "Submit".

3. If you have questions, you can email the Environmental Services Unit (gary.bignami@k12.hi.us) or call (808) 784-5067.

Group Training:

If you are viewing the training as a group, please download the sign in sheet and quiz. On the sign in sheet please complete the fields for school, names of trainees, date of training, and the training duration (2 hrs). Scan and send a PDF copy of the completed sign in sheet to the Environmental Services Unit (gary.bignami@k12.hi.us). If you don't send ESU a copy, we won't be able to credit you for training!
