The art rooms at KHS are usually filled with bright, vibrant works all throughout the year.
Some students have been given the honor of displaying permanent works, murals, on the wall and pillars in our art rooms. Here are just some of those amazing artworks.

Waves, Art Club 2021: Yuna Grendzinski, Kailah Kam, Katelynn Huynh
May 2021 (teacher: Mr. Weddle)
The 2021 Art Club used magentas, purples, and blues to create waves and movement, then went over with black paint to outline waves. Then, students filled the sky with white stars. Along with their teacher/advisor Mr. Weddle, students created a boat with their art club members and other students in the style of The Little Prince.

Early 2020 - 2021 (teacher: Mr. Weddle)
This work was left unfinished because the school stopped in-person learning in March 2020. Ravyn, then a senior, moved away and so in 2021, other art students took up the task of completing this amazing mural.

Doodle Wall
Early 2018-2021 (teacher: Mr. Weddle)
A collaborative "live" mural that changes daily. Students are welcome to add to this wall using black marker. Wall is in the art room, H-106.
