The Founder

Ranjana is a senior at Frisco Centennial High School in Frisco, TX. She is a member of many organizations, including Band and FCCLA. In Band, Ranjana plays the Oboe and English Horn and is one of the Senior Drum Majors. In FCCLA, Ranjana serves as the Secretary and participates in many community service opportunities. Outside of school, Ranjana is involved in Indian Classical dancing and assists in teaching at Agni Nritya Dance Academy. Ranjana plans to further her education at Texas A&M University as a Biomedical Sciences Major starting in the fall of 2025.

Insulin is a controversial issue that is very close to Ranjana's heart. As members of her family struggle with diabetes, Ranjana wanted to find a method that would take some of the financial burdens associated with Insulin off of her family's shoulders. This led her to think about insulin prices and how not only should her family have this benefit, but the entire United States population should also benefit from it. This led to the start of the Insulin Initiative.
