Basic Training for New Volunteers

STEP 2: Register for your in person training sessions

Choose one of these 2 day sessions:

- 1. - Saturdays, January 4 and 11, 9 AM - 2PM at CCAC Allegheny Campus, North Side
    - Sundays, January 5 and 12, 9 AM - 2PM at CCAC Allegheny Campus, North Side
    - Fridays, January 10 and 17, 9 AM - 2PM at CCAC Allegheny Campus, North Side
    - Sat, January 11 and Sat, Jan 18, 9 AM – 2 PM at CCAC Boyce Campus, Monroeville
    - Sat, January 18 and Sun, Jan 19, 9 AM – 2 PM at CCAC Allegheny Campus, North Side

STEP 3: Attend your first in person basic training session

Lunch and training materials will be provided. A laptop is not required for the first session, but feel to bring if it's helpful for you for note-taking.

STEP 5: Attend your second in person training session

Please bring a laptop with you for learning to use TaxSlayer software and working on the certification exam. Lunch will be provided. If you do not have a laptop available, please let us know and we can provide one.
