Troth Street Elementary School was originally built in 1949. Thanks to state matching grants made possible by 2014 Measure EE funding that provided our required local match of district funding, the school site is currently undergoing a campus wide modernization, including construction of a new office and Learning Village, a new multipurpose room, new library, modernization of permanent classroom wings, replacement of one classroom wing, new playgrounds, a new outdoor lunch shelter, new landscaping, and upgraded accessibility throughout campus. In 2019, Measure EE funded construction of a new sewer service at the school campus. Prior to that time, the school site was still on a septic system.
