Rileigh Niese is a lifelong resident of southeastern Indiana and has always enjoyed working with children and being involved in her community. From a young age, she developed a passion for learning and helping others, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in education. Rileigh is currently attending Indiana University Columbus, where she is working toward a degree in elementary education. She has earned Dean's List recognition for her academic achievements and is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi, the International Honor Society in Education.

Throughout her school years, Rileigh was actively involved in a variety of activities that helped shape her leadership skills and strong work ethic. She spent ten years as a dedicated member of 4-H, where she showed pigs and gained valuable experience in responsibility, commitment, and public presentation. During high school, she was also a member of the cheerleading team and had the honor of serving as Cheer Captain during her senior year.

Rileigh believes that every child deserves a supportive and encouraging learning environment where they can build confidence and discover their strengths. She looks forward to bringing her enthusiasm for education into the classroom and helping students develop a love of learning that will stay with them throughout their lives.

When she isn't studying or working with students, Rileigh enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Finn. She is an avid reader and can often be found with a good book in hand whenever she has a spare moment. A fun fact about Rileigh is that she is a triplet, something that has made for plenty of memorable stories and experiences throughout her life.
