Ms. Glover grew up in Bartlett Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis, home of Elvis. Ms. Glover was homeschooled from middle school through high school. This gave her many opportunities to explore her different interests, such as: theater, choir, 4-H forestry and wildlife, soccer and of course, band. She started band in 7th grade, playing the flute. This had been a dream of hers since she was little. During her time in high school band, she was given many opportunities to conduct and rehearse pieces she chose or even wrote. This is what fueled her passion to then pursue her career in music education.

Ms. Glover graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a degree in Music Education, Band Emphasis. While in school, she was a tutor for music theory 1 and 3. She also was the manager of the school’s instrument rental office. There, she was in charge of the upkeep and repairs of instruments, even going as far as fixing some herself.

In her free time, Ms. Glover likes to read, watch movies, and make art. She specifically enjoys making oil pastel paintings if she has time. One of her favorite things to do with friends is to cook and play games.
