Kristal Henry grew up in a small town in eastern Oregon but has lived in vaious places around the world.  She ended up in Utah eventually and loved that it reminded her of where she grew up.  She missed small town living though and moved down to Sanpete County this last spring and couldn't be happier.  

Kristal has loved drawing since she was a child but didn't consider it as a career.  She went a little wild and majored in criminal justice but knew that art was just a part of who she was and she couldn't deny it.  So, she headed back to school to become a fine artist after raising her family, taught out of her studio for a few years, and then realized that she loved teaching too.  She has enjoyed teaching at Juab High School.  

When Kristal is not making art or teaching art, she loves to spend time with her husband, kids, and grandkids.  She also likes to read, travel, camp, and hike.
