Hello! I’m James Olson, I teach Digital Business Apps, Photography, Graphic Arts, Digital Marketing, and Business Management here at JHS.

Having been raised in Manti, I love small rural communities. My family owns and operates a large commercial turkey farm, raising cattle and lots of alfalfa as well. I’m definitely a farm kid at heart, and love the open air and dirt roads. I thoroughly enjoy spending time in the mountains camping, hunting, and being with family. My favorite thing to do is spend an afternoon on horseback riding through the mountain pines. 

I graduated from Manti High School in 2014 where my love for education was founded. I served a church mission in Washington State (Tri-Cities area), and love meeting new people. After finishing my associates degree at Snow College, I then transferred to Utah State University where I graduated in 2021 in Business Education. *Go Aggies!* I have a passion for the CTE programs and direct impact on students in developing real-world skills that will benefit their success both in future education and the workplace.
