7.0 Reporting Progress in HSE Meetings

To ensure transparency and continuous improvement, the status of audit findings and corresponding corrective actions must be reported to management during regular HSE meetings. This reporting process enables management to stay informed on recurring issues, the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and any outstanding non conformities that require further attention. The Auditor is responsible for presenting the audit findings and progress updates in the form of an HSE Meeting Report, which serves as a formal record of discussion and follow up actions. This reporting is to be carried out quarterly or as required, depending on the significance and urgency of the audit outcomes.
