MESSAGE FROM THE ASSOCIATE DEAN
Warmest Greetings to Everyone!
As we stand on the threshold of a significant milestone in our journey toward academic excellence, I am thrilled to welcome each of you to the upcoming AACCUP Preliminary Survey Visit for our Bachelor in Physical Education, Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education, and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) programs. This visit is not just an assessment; it is a remarkable opportunity for us to shine a light on the strengths of our programs, celebrate our accomplishments, and identify pathways for growth and improvement.
The AACCUP accreditation process is pivotal in our commitment to delivering the highest standards of education. It provides us with a framework to evaluate our academic offerings and ensures we remain accountable to our mission of fostering excellence in teaching and learning.
In preparation for this visit, let us focus on key steps that will underscore our dedication to quality education. It is vital that we update and organize all relevant program documents, syllabi, and assessment records, making them readily accessible for review. Our collaborative efforts will culminate in a self-study report that authentically reflects our programs' strengths and weaknesses, in alignment with AACCUP standards.
Moreover, program presentations will play a critical role in this process. We must be prepared to present a comprehensive overview of each program, detailing our curricular design, innovative teaching methodologies, student outcomes, and the qualifications of our dedicated faculty.
I encourage each of you to actively participate in discussions and provide constructive feedback on areas that require enhancement and strategies for continuous development. Together, we can foster an environment of collaboration and innovation, ensuring our institution not only meets but exceeds accreditation expectations.
Let us embrace this opportunity with enthusiasm and commitment, showcasing our collective efforts and dedication to nurturing future leaders in education.
Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication as we embark on this journey together!
