The Joshua FFA is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
About me
I grew up and went to school in Joshua Texas. I was very active in the FFA, showing steers and serving as Chapter and District President before graduating in 1999. I earned my bachelors degree in Agricultural Science from Stephen F. Austin State University and immediately began my career as an agriculture teacher for Joshua ISD. I later received my Masters of Education in Administration from Tarleton State University. Today I serve as the department head and teach Wildlife and Ag Structure classes and am also the advisor for Poultry SAE.
Personally, I am married to my high school sweetheart who runs our real estate company and have two amazing boys that completed our family and are involved in all of the sports as well as Junior FFA, showing goats and chickens. GO OWLS!
