Every week we feed over 150 homeless people in Central London. Most of them have fallen through various social safety nets. The harsh reality of life on the streets or being jobless in one of the most expensive cities in the world means a warm, filling meal can make a world of difference.

Between April and September 2022, 5,712 people were sleeping rough in London, a 21% increase on the previous year. They come from every walk of life ! Homelessness begins when something terrible happens, and you don’t have family or friends around to help. It could happen to any of us. By and large, people don’t choose to be homeless - they find themselves sleeping on the street because they are facing a major crisis, meaning they’ve ended up with nowhere else to stay.
