Post-School Transition!

The purpose of this website is to provide you with information on the secondary transition process. Planning and preparation is important for any of life's transitions. Life after leaving school is a transition that should be planned well in advance. On this site you will find resources for students, and parents, to help attain the desired adult roles in our community.
