Students excitedly attend the Multifarious teachers concert.
In one corner, students are lined up to play with puppies while at another to get permanent jewelry. Joyful chaos fills the room as friends giggle over donuts while others challenge each other to a game. This melee of madness is the beloved Silver Rush tradition: Multifarious Day. From caricature drawings to the famous puppies, students love every part of it.
Multifarious Day is the second-to-last day of Silver Rush, when students raise donations of different kinds in their classes. If the donation requirements are met for each class period, the students have the opportunity to participate in many fun activities and enjoy the day with friends while raising money for charity. This Silver Rush, although there were so many great activities.
Multifarious Day is truly a time-honoured tradition at Riverton High School. It’s a great way to raise some last minute money and enjoy the true spirit of Silver Rush before winter break.
