Hello, I'm Mr. Gaines, and my journey in education has been an enriching adventure. It all started back in 2016 when I proudly graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with my Bachelor's degree, laying the groundwork for what was to come.
My educational path took an interesting turn when I began working at Arkansas State University. There, I gained invaluable experience before delving into the world of middle-level education, where I found immense fulfillment in teaching and guiding students.
Transitioning to Trumann School District marked a significant chapter in my career. I had the privilege of teaching 7th and 8th-grade science and health, while also contributing to various other aspects of school life. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, solidifying my passion for education.
At Leadership Magnet School (Micro), I continued to nurture young minds as a teacher of 6th-grade science and social studies. It was a role that allowed me to not only educate but also inspire and empower students to reach their full potential.
In December 2023, I achieved a major milestone by earning my Master of Arts in Teaching from Arkansas State University. In May 2025, I further advanced my professional journey by earning my Education Specialist degree in Principalship, also from Arkansas State University. Currently, I am continuing my commitment to lifelong learning by pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from A-State.
I believe in the power of lifelong learning and am committed to making a positive impact in both education and human resources management. With each experience and achievement, I am one step closer to realizing my goal of making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
