Meet Coach Dai

Hi, I'm Coach Dai! I'm super excited to welcome you to Intro to Computer Science. My background is a little different from the traditional computer science teacher- I'm a former college and professional basketball player, coach and now educator. I'm originally from Jonesboro, but I went to the other black and gold school :) . I started my basketball career at UT Martin for two years and end the rest of my collegiate years at the University of Utah. I then had the opportunity to play in Paris, France for a year. I've visited a lot of places and met a lot of amazing people because of an orange ball but I learned so many life lessons that I cant wait to share with you all! My goal is to make this a classroom where you feel comfortable trying new things, making mistakes, and discovering what your capable of, because all these things will tie into everyday life. I can't wait to see what we create together!
