Absentee Form: (Red) Due within one week after missed meeting. (For both excused and unexcused absences)
** All Forms can be turned into Amber Searfoss Room 313 at any time.
Members: Annual Dues
$20 Membership Dues + $10 T-shirt Cost(optional)
All proceeds go to NHS operations and projects. All membership fees will be due by Induction date (April 25th, 2022). Current Junior Members will need to pay membership dues by September 1st, 2022.
