Class Schedule

Boxing Conditioning Class: Maximize your performance with a high intensity, full body and functional workout. In this class we focus on building strength, muscular endurance, explosive strength, improving balance, flexibility and coordination. This is a great addition to our boxing program and we encourage everyone to join this class.

Boxing All Levels: This class is an open training class for all levels and focuses on boxing technique and open for drills or sparring. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of boxing and will learn how to hit different bags while still getting a great workout.

Youth Boxing Club: Offered to ages 10 and up. The Youth Boxing Classes are focused on boxing technique and getting our youth boxers in shape with our boxing conditioning workouts. The classes are mixed with bag rounds, pad work, partner drills and a variety of exercises to keep our youth boxers in shape.

Open Gym: Offered 7 days a week, around the group classes. The Open Gym hours include the boxing area, weights, cardio equipment and open floor.

Open Gym Hours:

Monday: 7:30 am-9:00 pm

Tuesday: 7:30 am-9:00 pm

Wednesday: 7:30 am-9:00 pm

Thursday: 7:30 am-9:00 pm

Friday: 7:30 am-8:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am-3:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am-3:00 pm
