Why Chromebooks?

Chromebooks are a tool for discovery, creativity, and collaboration, both online and off. Google tools like Hangouts Meet or Docs can be used to foster teamwork and partnership among classmates. Students can also learn skills like video production, coding, or podcasting with teacher-approved apps. 

Chromebooks are shareable, web-based devices that are used to access the internet, enriching apps, and powerful extensions. With automatic updates and multi-layer security, Chromebooks continue to improve long after they have been purchased. 

Individual Google profiles allow students to bring their personal settings, accessibility set-up, and extensions to any Chromebook they sign into—in the classroom, library, computer room, or at home. Just log in and everything is automatically applied.  Chromebooks can offer students of all learning levels a more intuitive learning experience.
