JOB TITLE:

CDL Delivery Driver (Union)

JOB LOCATION: 

JFC International, Inc., 815 Turnberry Court, Hanover Park, Illinois, 60133

Job Duties:

1. Responsible for making sure your load is secure before leaving the warehouse.

2. Responsible for making accurate and timely deliveries.

3. Follow all JFC and DOT regulations.

4. Maintain your truck each day through pre and post trip inspections.

5. Communicate with warehouse management throughout the day to report any issues or concerns during deliveries.

6. Collect payment from customers.

7. Other related duties.

Minimum Experience:

1. At least 1 year of food service delivery experience.

2. At least a Class B CDL with 1 year or more experience.

Special Requirements:

1. Good customer service skills

2. Good communication skills

3. Must be able to read, write and speak English

4. Good problem solving skills

5. Dependable work ethic

6. Ability to work independently and in team settings

7. Must be able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements

8. Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record

9. Lifting/carrying up to about 50 lbs (sacks of rice)

10. Pushing/pulling over 80 - 100 lbs.

11. Knowledge of DOT and CDL Regulations

12. Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

13. Strong attention to detail and highly accurate

14. Positive attitude

15. Collaboration skills

16. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, weekends and holidays

Pay: 

$29.95 per hour
