Toto Dahar: A Savoring Celebration of Culture with Kiara Pense

Toto Dahar is an Indonesian cultural custom, which also means Meal Arranging in Javanese. We incorporated this concept into a celebration for Indonesian Independence Day by collaborating with Kiara Pense.
We aspired to illustrate the diversity of rich colours and culture in Indonesian celebrations by the usage of various tropical flora such as Bananas, Salak, Palm Seeds and Coconut Shells. We also incorporated a traditional Indonesian board game named “Congklak”, as part of the arrangement.
