Services include:

+ Referrals to community agencies that can assist with utility and rent bills, medicine, food, clothing, transportation and other basic living needs

+ Health education programs and referrals

+ School supplies and basic hygiene items

+ Assistance with high quality after school programs

+ Referrals to local mental health counseling agencies

+ Academic and tutoring assistance referrals

+ Referrals for internet options

+ Promotion of local programs and activities

+ Assistance with attendance issues and support

+ Referrals to local agencies for holiday assistance

+ Summer and back to school transition

+ Assistance for students and families who have unstable living arrangements

+ Parent educational support groups and presentations
