Meet Location - The meet will be hosted at Asbury University in Wilmore. Please refer to the Parking Page or Course Map Page for more information. The site is easily accessed from US 68 Harrodsburg Road.

Coaches can check-in and pickup your RACE PACKETS at the check-in tent near the concession stand.

Spectator admission is $5.00. Tickets purchased for Friday will also be honored on Saturday.

Meet Schedule - Friday September 24th

• 5:45 PM - K-2 Girls 2k Race

• 6:00 - K-2 Boys 2k Race

• 6:15 - Grades 3-5 Girls 2k Race

• 6:45 - Grades 3-5 Boys 2k Race

• 7:15 - Elementary Awards Presentation

Meet Schedule - Saturday September 25th

• 7:00 AM - Course opens for warm-ups

• 8:00 - High School Girls Varsity - 5000 Meter Race

• 8:40 - High School Boys Varsity - 5000 Meter Race

• 9:20 - High School Reserve - 5000 Meter Race

  • HS Awards - immediately following conclusion of Varsity Boys Race (approximately 10:10)

  • High School Traffic should exit the course

• 10:45 - Course opens for Middle School Traffic to enter

• 12:00 Middle School Girls 3000 Meter Invitational (Top 7 per team)

• 12:30 - Middle School Boys3000 Meter Invitational (Top 7 per team)

• 1:00 - Middle School Boys/Girls Open 3000 Meter Race (No Limit)

  • MS Awards - immediately following conclusion of Middle School Open Race (approximately 1:30)

Meet Amenities

• Concessions will be sold from the Concession Stand along the back wall of the Luce Center.

  • Concessions will feature Chick-fil-A sandwiches, assorted chips, fruit, and a selection of drinks.

• Bathrooms are accessible inside the Luce Center:

  • NO SPIKES ALLOWED INSIDE

  • Masks MUST be worn inside the Luce Center

  • Portable Toilets will be available near the team tent area

• T-shirts will be available on site from Fine Designs
